I agree. Problem is nothing changes. That was crap. Annoyed with Bowyer. Swindon were terrible and we invited them to draw with us.

It’s easy to say you would have done something different but as Purrington, followed by Matthews were brought on with Maatsen and Gunter remaining on the field it was obvious Bowyer was trying to close up the shop with less outlets up front. Bowyer keeps doing this and again it backfired. I would hope he will learn from HIS mistakes but he is not one for taking responsibility. i am not as disappointed at Bowyer as many of my fellow fans are, but I do question his final changes late in the Game, as pointed out by Curbs on valley pass with Scot Minto.
what is painfully obvious is Since Ryan Innes has been out of the squad he have struggled with shite teams especially in defence, and we still desperately need a Proper Striker.
we should have won today by at least two goals, and we do miss chances as much as we throw away valuable points.
todays team has to improve as we are struggling to stay in the top Six, we Could be top but for all the wasted points.

We were a very good with Ryan Innes in defence
And went on a superb run.

I have been critical but have not called for Bowyer to be sacked. I have merely consistently stated he should not have a free pass. If we see the same tactics and outcome in one more game in the next few games, I will have tipped over the edge.
What the delusional arse lickers have to accept when they blame the quality of the squad for today is two things. Firstly the lack of quality Swindon possessed. They were basically shit. Secondly, the tactics of replacing midfielders for defenders brings pressure on you no matter how shit your opponents are. They will try to score and push forward if they are a goal behind and you need to use this against poor, poor teams like Swindon.
Bowyer in his pre-match interview seemed to focus praise on the first half performance against Wimbledon which tells me that he doesn't understand what shit is. We were excellent in the second half but his focus was when we struggled. You have to question what he is on. Seriously!14 -

Swindon were sitting there waiting to lose , another team of complete and utter tosh expecting a defeat but no the lamest of Charlton teams turn up and beg them to attack and then the inevitable .
We’re all sitting there thinking oh shit they could easily equalise and it happens, a cat funt with the same obese build as me plops in the goal .Something is not right , I think we have the players to be playing a lot better , we aren’t performing to our max and are regressing as the season goes on , yes we have injuries but the players are decent enough to be beating most of the dross in this league and the failure in these recent games is pathetic.

Depends, if this hypothetical manager realised that keeping the opposition occupied with a midfield pushing forward might lead to them being unable to attack so often I would say yes. Lots more to consider of course but with TS money & obvious intent to move this club forward he would probably be able to attract a better standard of manager than we have had for years. And Bogle is a striker, just not always a very effective finisher. Took his goal quite well today (and then botched one, yes) - to say he isn't even a striker is ridiculous10 -
I'm amazed that we are only 4 points off 1st place. Just shows how poor this league is. A couple of quality signings in January could transform this side. A bit of pace for one.7

Yes, it shows our squad is up to it. The question is whether Bowyer is. It is too early to write off the season. We have to ask ourselves if this defensive crap is going to continue.1
