First time this season I’m disappointed that I didn’t pay for Charlton TV.

Imagine if we had made the managerial change 3 months earlier. I genuinely think we could have been looking at autos.

That will have to do I suppose
  • Satisfactory.
  • We've been crap most of the season but are now finding form and with this momentum we have to be in with a good shout in the playoffs. I imagine we'll end up playing Sunderland...

Another post match player interview (Gilbey) virtually showing little or no love lost with the ex Manager.

    Organisation, discipline and being clinical.

Amos is looking commanding again. 3 CBs fighting it out. Maatsen and Washington to return.

The timing of that when other teams seem to have stumbled a bit can't be underestimated. Certainly makes a statement to other teams and gives the Charlton boys some belief.

More than happy to tuck into some humble pie over the play-offs too - keep playing like that and we'll be the team everyone else fears getting

Great result made even better by the fact that their CB is on loan from Palarse

Come on own up - how many thought that we would pick up 11 points from 15 when Adkins took over including wins at at Doncaster, Sunderland and Plymouth?

We now have 4 home games from our last 5 matches  - let's hope Adkins can find a way of us turning our form around at the Valley. I'm actually quite confident that he can.

Ole, ole, ole, ole, ole, ole...

Everything cooking up nicely - good organisation, players appearing composed, remaining committed to a plan and it all coming off. Tails up and cannot wait for Saturday.

Well done lads and well done NA, top job done all of you 👏

Can’t believe we didn’t go for the Cowleys or Cook
One is now sitting with 3 losses and 1 draw from last 4 games. The other has now dropped to 11th place in the table.

Bowyer said it was coming, didn’t he?!
"I told them that it was coming, no one believed me, they're not good enough, but I told them one day they is gonna give someone a pwopa hiding"
  • Lucky. Ball ran for us. Not good enough.

What a good day of football. A cracking performance by us and the ESL rapidly unravelling. Brilliant stuff. Just gutted I didn't buy the stream as I too busy having my Covid jab!

Bet the Cowleys are wishing they'd asked for a longer contract now...

Exactly, was a bit tongue in cheek because there are so many factors but you’re right. I’m loving this football and adkins seems a perfect fit right now.
