  • I am sure I read somewhere recently that criss crossing sprouts isn’t necessary.
    Youtube is also full of advice to air fry sprouts (and other vegetables).

    I’ve seen the same advice but I still criss cross the sprouts in case its wrong 🧐

    i think the major issue is they dont appear to be cooked.

    Sprouts should not be crossed. Just over cooks them and takes the flavour away.
