Quite a few people have been saying we won’t sign anyone.
for a fee maybe but no-one has said we won't sign anyone.
  • Can't be accurate, he's not a former player.

Everyone seems convinced on the Isted story, even say's he has signed a two year contract🤔....WIOTOS...😉
  • If you remember correctly I predicted stuff would start happening in terms of ins and outs around June/July. Does this website offer ITK icons on usernames? Breaking news - I've heard we're looking at another goalkeeper. Possibly one that played in League 1 last season for a top 6 side. Can't provide names at the moment as I haven't had clearance.

I was the midwife who delivered Harry - so have known about this for 26 years. It’s tough keeping quiet as an ITK.

I'm free. A grand a week will do.
  • Great signed by Sandgaard, don't you agree  ;)
    Holden!
  • As for next I'd guess Scott Banks or a striker. Admittedly I didn't have a keeper down as a first signing of the summer.
  • Personally think we need to upgrade our 'medicals' before we sign anyone  :D
  • It’s a statement because we keep
getting  told that we will not sign anyone , we don’t have any budget yawn yawn .. this proves them completely wrong .. we have a out paid one of the so called bigger league one clubs .. free transfer no such thing by the time you had signing in fee , agent fee and agreed wages over a period of time 2/3 years .. that Barnsley could not match .

Any extra we've paid has probabky just come out of the money we got for Woolacott. Net sum zero.

Also, as I said earlier, it's not all to do with money. Where would you rather live.....Barnsley or London.

Looks a positive upgrade, as I was not 100% convinced by either Wollacott or AMB last season.
Give it a few games an Isted (if he does sign) will be getting pelters and 4's in the player mark's just like the other 2 did.

I was married to the midwife who delivered Andy Hesentaller's son Jake, who now plays for Crawley.

    Fact.

Conor Washington to Derby being speculated on.
Know a close family member of Conor and he is happy in Yorkshire, son settled at school and having a house built

Assume Mrs Hesentaller was involved in some way, or was it a first in that as well Golfie...😉

If the wage was the same I would live in the peak district and work in Barnsley ;-)

Some of the villages around Barnsley are wonderful.
  • There's not a lot on Isted's track record other than that couple of months at Barnsley. Pretty much just brief non-league loans. Does seem to underline that we're looking at a summer of self-financing transfers though.
  • It’s trueeeee

    Did she come from behind?
