I find it fascinating that some of you forget that he is human. As frustrating as it is for us, it's tenfold for him.

Again, it amazes me because he is paid a wage he should just accept the fact he gets digs for being injured, on what planet do you think a footballer doesn't want to play football?
His injuries are far deeper than a warm-up - shouldn't need explaining!

We’ll doing this thread for another two years yet.1

All this talk of he should retire, he hasnt been seen etc. Anyone considered that he could be back in training and that he is undergoing a special training programme in a gym, working on strengthening his body in a way that he will be ready for the season, rather than doing sprints in hot temperatures which would increase the risk of injury?3

Have changed the thread title to save the confusion of Len Glover and others, even though there isn't any actual news.

I assumed as much Len, but I thought it was best changed before a ball was kicked in anger, making the risk of genuine misapprehension more likely.

How are people STILL getting his name wrong after this long? Jesus Christ.1

But if you're gonna ask for compassion then at least spell his name right.2 -
You think we've got trouble?
Harry Arter will remain with Forest next season!Arter has made just 14 appearances since he signed for Forest in 2020. He likely earns a fortune after a clause in his contract gave him an extension following promotion. At 33 Arter looks unlikely to get himself another club. He was collecting £38,000-a-week before his promotion pay increase and it doesn’t bear thinking about what wage he takes home now.

Give the bloke a break I am sure he is more frustrated than anyone over his injury record and he didn’t force anyone to give him the contract
Hopefully his injury problems will abate and he will be able to contribute to the team because there is no doubt about his ability and what he can bring4 -

We'll see what we start hearing as preseason matches start.1 -

Fancy signing a player on a 3 year contract. If he'd only signed for a year we could have got shot of him0
-
I know we'll find out tomorrow either way, but has there actually been any confirmation that he is still injured?
Or is this just speculation because he wasn't seen in a couple of training photos?1 -

Its the air of mystery all the time with us - CBT is another one who was injured towards the end of the season - why do we have to play "spot the player" in training pictures to work this stuff out??4 -
I can't find the speculation on P600
-
We know he’s crocked and can’t last 90’s, the biggest problem we have is that we’ve been so badly run recently that every time he’s come back he’s been desperately needed and required to start. If we can actually get a decent squad together where he’ll only ever be a really useful super sub then he may still have a role to play and his body may hold up better.1
