That figures - because Bexley Council owns the land, what it thinks will have a lot more sway. Was at Hornchurch vs Farnborough tonight in National League South.
Noticed after about 30 minutes that Ricky Holmes was in the Farnborough line up!

In addition to that, I've actually just spoken to the Welling developer about something else and asked him what the latest was on PVR - he said they were hoping to submit new plans by the end of the year. Because Bexley has so much leeway over this through owning the freehold, the fact that they seem to be in constructive discussions seems to be a good sign for this getting off the ground.clive said:
