The latest series of Industry (BBC Iplayer) is superb. They are all essentially terrible human beings but you end up rooting for them in some way or another
Industry is wonderful. This season id say is as far as they can take it and it wraps really well
I agree. No need for another season after how that last ep finished
Nobody say anything more about the ending, OK😉 It'll take me another 3 weeks to get there, I can't handle more than one episode a week! There should be an upper age limit warning for stuff like this🤣
We started Rivals on Disney plus last night. Its clearly aimed at the target audience for Jilly Cooper novels however it has plenty of excellent one liners and, chaps, brace yourself. It has Charlotte big jugs in a beautifully shot full frontal scene, there is a circumcised willy involved as well for the chicks and it is a funny scene.
Has a properly good cast. Currently 2 episodes in and I think it might become huge this show if there is scope for more than 1 season
I think its a slower series that some of the others but there are a lot of new main characters and the way the story goes, it deserves to have a couple of seasons dedicated to it
Second series of Wolf Hall starts on BBC1 on Sunday, just the nine years after series one. Series one currently available on iPlayer if you want/need to catch up with events to date.
Caught up with Slow Horses by binge watching series 1, 2 and 4. Great, as good as the books! Will catch up with '3' when I get my daughters iPad again! (re Apple subscription) Loved Ludwig, which reminds me of Monk. Also watched the latest series of 'The Lincoln Lawyer' which is also very good.
Gunpowder Siege - 3 part historical documentary about capturing those involved in the plot. Mix between acting scenes and ‘pretend’ interviews with the plotters. Enjoyed it.
Finally caught up with Apples Never Fall. I thought it was great and if you have kids it must be very thought provoking. Oh and Sam Neill…………absobloominlutely 😎

Agree. I'd read the book but thought the series did it justice,
All 6 episodes of Ludwig on BBC I player. Surprised I actually enjoyed it and nicely set up for a second season.
Just caught up on Ludwig - daft at times (people confessing too easily, the other detectives not referring to more he wouldn't know etc) but I enjoyed it - reminded me a lot of Jonathan Creek which I loved.

Also watched the episode of Never Mind the Buzzcocks which I saw being filmed earlier in the year. Unsurprisingly most of the edgy stuff was cut.
thought it was brilliant.

Silo season two starts on Friday. Also on Apple TV.
True "story" and she's such a good actor.
Worth watching.
Very good if you like that kind of thing.
Just finished a decent All 4 French series called Stalk. 2 series of it too.
Hard Sun on iplayer - 3 episodes into it with 3 more to go.
Keeping our attention so wondering if anyone has any views.
But, oh boy! How naff? Lazy script with odd casting.
Decent effects, but a bloated show with telegraphed dialogue. 3/10.
Such great television, beautifully shot too
