He broke the track record again. Such a dominant performance. What were we worried about??
The BBC studio analysis was fun - they brought Lizzy Yarnold in to provide a perspective on what it's like to win in this sport, but she was in tears and could barely speak. Very much in favour of that sort of commentary - sign her up permanently please, BBC.3 -

Beeb screw up on the men’s figure skating. Didn’t bother showing the performance of the bloke who actually won the gold thinking it was a slam dunk for the quad god so they could waffle on about Matt Weston until the final four skaters. Oh dear.1

Managed to see the gold medal skate but only because of a channel hunt to find it on TNT Sports 4 !!!. One of the South Korean women hit the edge of the pipe hard in her first run, but got up to complete it after the medics had examined her (although she got a VERY low score), messed up her second run, but went into the lead with her last run.

I see the Curlers are doing a bit better today. I think the British team should get a bye straight into the knockout stages......seeing as the stone used only comes from Scotland & without it there wouldn't be a competition 😃2

Was fucking hilarious watching the yanks losing to Denmark in the hockey - knew it wouldn't last, but seeing the look on that grinning chimp Brady Tchakuk's face at the end of the first period as he tried to start a fight then realised he'd get kicked out if he did was priceless 🤣0
