    Walcott has to play as he can produce that bit of magic or pace that cuts teams open but he is very frustrating. Mind you it is sometimes about how the team plays where he doesn't find himself in the positions where he is most dangerous.

    England poorer since the substitution of Ashley Young for Wilthshire. Poor second half overall, Ukraine not much better.

    A real luck of quality up front for England. Missing Wellbeck (Edited thanks - wss, big evil & big andy). Passing has been terrible in the second half.

    Looks like we're going to get the point which was a minimum at least...

    Should win the 2 home games if on form and in close to full strength but they won't be easy.

    I'll take a point in the end, nearly nicked it several below par performances. Ashley Young was toilet and not match fit after long lay off.

    A point will do from an injury and suspension hit squad. Two home wins against Poland and Montenegro and England are through.

    Not an enjoyable game to watch though.

    Shame Lampard missed that header in extra time.

    Walker looks like a typical modern right-back, good at linking with the right-winger and overlapping, but defensively his anticipation and movement are poor.
