    by surprise. I said the games would improve and this was great.
    Superchrissypowell, it such a shame you didn't watch that but i suppose you were busy doing the DIY or watching a re run of England verses Ireland.

    Watched the first half of the Yanks v The Ozzies and was impressed by the standard. 2 sides in the top ten, so the play was good and the Goalkeeping is competent.

    Hope Solo the USA Keeper made two cracking saves to keep the Aussies out in the 1st half. Only watched 1st half and highlights of 2nd but can see why they are favourites with the Germans.
    Some great skill shown in the close game between Japan and Switzerland.
