Don't know if it's 100% true, but heard this
YouWill be that virgin that has Roland’s ear
    Roland go break your neck.
The most fitting way for Roland to bow out is accidentally due to an elaborate wanking accident

I'm thinking more Pulp Fiction where the Gimp should deal with Roly & Tommy, then make them do it to each other, what they've done to our club.

Where did the money for Bonne come from? There must be some kind of system in place to recycle funds.

Otherwise if LB is given 200k as a budget for the season there is no way hes spending it all on a national league striker.
Heard Bonne wasn't a Bowyer signing

I don't know where you heard that, but when we signed him, Lee said they tried to sign him last January, to replace Grant and Steve Gallen had been watching him for 2 years and thought now was the right time to buy him, lets give Bonne a chance as well it can take awhile to settle into a new club
Yes, I find it very hard to believe that any of our signings this summer (and indeed since Bowyer took over) were forced on him and Gallen.

My guess is Roland will pocket it and be found dead in a few gays surrounded by a load of hookers and a pile of cocaine. Driessen is in the corner of the room having a crywank.

    ami I close?
Nearly, Driessen in the corner of the room filming on a 1980s camcorder.

Yup and Murray said that Roland wouldnt sell our kids

Not going to sound great to the fans is it if Bowyer / Gallen come out saying they never wanted Bonne is it
But the difference is Bowyer is not Murray, and Bowyer didn’t have to say anything about wanting Bonne if all of that wasn’t true
But to say nothing about a signing that supposed to be yours speaks volumes...

We can forget about Bowyer getting any transfer money.RD is trying to get rid, therefore will not invest as he is hoping to be gone, and therefore will not be here to profit from any increased transfer values. All money will go to cover his losses .
Newsflash: RD is NOT trying to get rid. He'll break even this season and is content to bide his time.

Another thing, please do not for one second think Lyle will sign a new contract. Why would you? A player who has done a fantastic job in league one and is off the mark already in the championship, why would he stay at a club who has absolutely no ambition to be successful. He will not be here next season, I am certain.
If Wankpuffin still owns us I agree with you.
If new owners come in and offer him a proper contract I believe he will stay.

“Wankpuffin” what a great new word I’ve learnt today!

Oi you miserable Wankpuffin, fuck off out of our club!
  • About 70 hours to sign five or six players. Doesn’t sound remotely the Charlton way. I’m guessing just like most seasons under Duchatelet we will be short of numbers.

You just know, it ain’t gonna happen. It’s the Charlton way. Why would this transfer window be any different to any other

I expect Dijksteel to go and 3 players to come in. One good player who was genuinely one of our targets, one player who’s coming in for the sake of getting someone through the door, and the other being Callum Harriott

Crikey you are optimistic, if we sign anyone they will be untried youngsters on loan and Harriott. Hope I am wrong but I think Roly has screwed us this time more than any window before.

I’m just so deflated by everything I’ve seen recently. It was almost as if RD was praying for a Wembley loss and now he’s doing everything he can to keep costs to a minimum. Publicly he’s stated that we’ll have a fight to stay in this league, but secretly he’ll be hoping for a relegation - surely?!

He’s fucked us every which way to Sunday in recent years, but this is really pissing me off. The signings we’ve made (Johnny & Amos) have been as a result of players dropping wage demands because they believe in LB and the squad.

In fact, I honestly don’t think RD will pocket the AD money, he’ll use it to offset the operational losses that he moaned to Jim White about on TalkSport, for the year. Then, the prick will lord it over us, like he’s done us a favour, if LB manages to keep us up.

Anyway, bring on Saturday and backing the boys who take to the field.

Did Pragueaddick broker the deal and is gonna use his fee to finance the Romany hitman he was mentioning?

Yep shafted yet again by Douchebag.
  • Cant blame players for leaving and bettering themselves financially, but I sincerely hope that when they play at the Valley, they dont get a heroes welcome upon their return.

    Confirmed now
Can a player refuse to leave?
Sorry confirmed that the price has been accepted by RD. AD wants to leave as Boro have offered a very good salary.
Never a doubt this was all started by his agent. Probably would have liked to stay but my guess is that Rat only offered £3500/week or so. Can’t blame him.

We shouldn’t be losing players to teams below us. We’re in touching distance of the Prem, sitting nicely in the playoffs, and we lose a fullback to a team that’s not only 12th, but up north. Crazy ....

Receiving a better offer from another club clouds the issue. If a player is under contract of more than 1 year you either get a decent transfer fee or they stay your player.
Duche has owned the club for long enough to take the blame for players moving on.

The reality is that it suits Duche because he pockets the money and this year will probably make a profit.

Losing AD now is complete and utter madness!! He played on Saturday and LB said he was very good, only a few days ago we had LB saying that RD has said no to Boro taking AD,. Now RD could still say no, but he has decided to take the increase in transfer money.....didn't take him long to change his fucking mind did it??
Those that think AD going is OK because we can get 'x' or 'y' on loan are missing a point...if we have to get a loan to replace AD, (because as sure as eggs are eggs RD wont give any transfer fee for AD to Bowyer) then we are having to waste one of our loans on a Right-Back when we had had a perfectly good one already playing for us and was our player!! So Lee said we needed to get 4/5 players in this week, well now that's gone up to 5/6 in 3 days!! Good bloody luck with that because I reckon RD will argue about wages all the way to 17:00 on Thursday evening!!

If we get 2 million for Dijksteel, that and Dijksteel's current weekly salary would easily pay the weekly wages for  4 or 5 top quality loan signings at this level for the next 9 months. I am going to wait until close of business on Thursday before passing judgement.

AD was on shirt buttons, we won't be saving much on his salary

To RD, a saving is a saving.

Just look at the bottled water farce.

I’m passing judgement now - we will get a downgrade on AD or sweet FA.

2 questions if I may to the panel.

First is Chris Solly shit or an legend beyond criticism? As it's hard to tell between threads.

Second if AD has been offered 10k plus a week, if we offered 4k, a "sensible" owner would probably offer 7-8k, he wants to go, let him.  Heads will be turned, quite rightly.  If boro are offering him that salary, when would YOU have offered him a contract on that level? Start of last season, Christmas, start of this summer?

Remember boro have lost more than £150 million over the last 10 years including parachute payments etc

Please expand on this as I’m fairly certain that the rat is going to pocket it like he has always done.
