Well just hats off to Bowyer and Gallen, the latter deserves a well earned break who should be allowed to sit back and enjoy some Football before preparing for the January Transfer Window (In case any of our loans get recalled)
Would go so far as to say that this is a better squad than last season, not because its equiped to deal with the Championship but because its equiped to deal with the League we're in - i.e. our League One team did still have its faults, this one less so, we've gone out and brought in some youth (Leko | Gallagher), we've got some with small experience (Cullen | Field) and we've got some older heads to guide us through the tougher games (Kayal and hopefully Hamad)...
Bloody well done gentlemen, especially as no one expected us to sign five players after Blackburn, ESPECIALLY when we got to yesterday!!
What a fantastic day to be a Charlton fan . Everything went our way . We now have a superb looking squad thanks to Gallen , Bowyer and dare I say it some unexpected backing from our owner . 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
