The train station is 500 yards away, how fast do you reckon it would take you to run there?

"It's a long way to Charlton station.  It's a long way to go "

    " You'll never make the station "

Old songs from the 1970's are still relevant today.

Do you think I should go for the Vogue or the SVR and do the 22" alloys work well?

    1. Is there sufficient funding to see the Club through to the end of the season? And will this mean any debt being incurred and if so how much? How long can you sustain this business model before running out of money? If and when you run out of money do you have a plan in place - and what is it?

    2. Are you confident that the Club will avoid receivership if the current situation is not resolved even if takes say six-nine months?

    3. Should the club get relegated this season what is your plan for next season in League One? Are you confident that the club will not breach L1 spending rules and stay solvent?

    4. How much investment have you personally made into the club and can you personally meet any financial obligations independently of other investors? Have you borrowed this money?

    5. Besides yourself and Tahnoon Nimer/ABDB are there any other investors? If so who?

    6. How much was the club bought for? As I understand it the freehold of the Valley and the training ground is retained by Staprix NV, who is responsible for any capital investment and who is responsible for ongoing day-to-day spending? You boasted recently that there would be significant investment in the training ground - is the investment for this in place if not, when will it be? And where will it come from?

    7. Are there any dates due for further payments to Staprix or any other owners of the Valley/Training ground either to acquire the freehold or meet obligations?

    8. If any financial payment deadlines are missed then what are the exact legal consequences? Are there for example fines or extra payments? Is it feasible that the ownership of the club will revert to Staprix NV or to a third party?

    9. Has the EFL passed you and Tahnoon Nimer as fit and proper owners in all respects?

    10. What can you tell us about the transfer ban imposed by the EFL - for example when was it imposed and why? Also why was this not communicated to fans and the media? Also, when did Tahnoon Nimer become aware of the transfer ban? What actions are you taking to ensure that the ban is lifted ASAP?

    11. Recent speculation suggests that in January 2020 the club acquired several Range Rovers, are the pot holes in the west stand carpark and are the roads in south east London that bad that you need Range Rovers? Also you are living in an apartment apparently billed to the club that is costing around £12,500 a month. Is this true? If so who sanctioned this expenditure and when? Also what were the large sums of money in consultancy fees to Lee Amis, Jacco Van Seventer, Jonathan Heller and others for? Exactly what service did those consultants provide and again was this sanctioned and if so by who? Also do you think that you should be so flamboyant with club finances at time when the club was looking to strengthen it's playing squad? Were all other board members notified of the above expenditures and if not when did they find out?

    12. Are you confident that everything you have done since January 2nd 2020 has been done legally correctly and that any investigation and/or independent financial audit of your time as chairman of the club will exonerate you of any wrongdoing? Have you at any time sought independent legal or financial advice before taking any action as Chairman of the club?

    13. You reported yesterday that you had accepted Tahnoon Nimer's resignation as a director. How was his resignation communicated to you? Did you subsequently speak to him to persuade him to change his mind and/or clarify the situation and maybe address his concerns? If not did you or any representative make any attempt to contact him? If not hy not? Are you aware of the damage that this type of publicity is doing to the club?

    14. Since acquiring the club do you genuinely consider that you have acted in good faith at all times? Are you embarrassed by the disclosures over the last couple of days and what action will you take going forward to not repeat them?

How can you live a £12.5 k flat with £100k payment incl ‘consultantcy’ fees & speak about the club being run sustainably ?

Why did you pretend to pursue million pound signings, when there was no money ?

When are you resigning & If you have any respect for Charlton, supporters, staff, history why are you still here ?

Even (from a delusional state) you think you are in the right - your relationship with TN - the owner has irrevocably broken down- how can you think you can stay in post ?

Is your bank balance more important than the well being of Charlton football club ?

    Really ?

I'm watching SE News & expect to see a jubilant Weegie & Pico emerging from The Valley , fists pumping for the interview where it's clear MS has met his match....

Southall will see this as an opportunity for personal damage limitation. He will also seek to deflect as much as possible on Nimer, although there is now a lot of hard evidence against Southall. Unless he produces he some evidence of his own this evening, it will just be more lies.

I think that's a key point that I hope the group push tonight. Nimer has produced evidence, where is Southall's evidence

If anything, he's hiding evidence by stopping auditors from seeing the books

It will be very interesting to see who appears with him. Especially those who wouldn't have to. Rubashow will be there as Comms and Lee Amis may also be there for moral support given he is also in the shit. If Heller is there and supportive it may ask more questions re Nimer given he also works for the ADBD group. I can't see Southall wanting anyone else there because they could contradict him.

Posted on other thread, CAST shared a statement on Twitter. Nothing much in it, just saying meeting happened, still worried, full report hopefully this evening.
