Share as many stats and analytics as you like, all the while the likes of Kirk and Morgan are taking up spaces in the squad, we ain't going anywhere imo.
Not scapegoating either, just seriously believe they aren't good enough, along with a couple more on their day
We need to forget about all this tippy tappy passing out from the back crap now, get a manager in who knows how to defend, we are are lucky to be where are to be fair, the two games won one was against Derby when really we should have lost and one against ten men, I really fear for us this season
2 wins in 10 and 16th in League One just above
the relegation zone.
We kidded ourselves our team/ squad is an improvement on
last year. It’s not. Or Garner is not as
good a manager as Jackson.
An owner insisting on a style of play but not investing in the
players to deliver it. We’ve signed a bunch of cheap and lower league players
and it shows. You get what you pay for (or don’t in our case).
Feel sorry for the manager and the players as neither are
good enough to overcome the set up to fail framework Sandgaard has put in
place.
The sooner he sells up to someone who has the nous to
get football people in to run the club and/or can back up words with actions the better. Heading to the lower leagues on and off the pitch under his
stewardship. He’s clueless and it shows and we’re only going in one direction
under him.
Grim.
Yep, and sliding down the greasy pole to relegation fast.
If I were Sandgaard now I would be pretty desperate. 1. His main business is struggling. 2 His personal wealth is disappearing. 3. He owns Charlton a loss making business which has virtually no saleable assets and is therefore virtually worthless. 4 To cut losses even more at Charlton means further destroying the business model (promotion).
He is stuck. The only option open to him other than simply carrying on as he is would be to sack the manager and hope against hope there is somebody out there who can turn the sow's ear into a football team.
Poor day all round really. I dont see the point in sticking with Stockly in this team it is just a waste of time. I would rather play without a centre forward and have Payne starting to try and get our midfield options running through ( I said midfield options that doesnt mean Albie 🙄 ) it's weird that Stockley isnt even winning a decent share of the 50/50 balls in the air that he would have previously. Egbo looks a decent player and that is about the only positive I can take from today
Blaming the manager when he was signed for a particular style that then the owner decides he must do with hoof-ball players, league two players and youth.
It's a joke and Garner deserves better than this crock of shit.

The weird bit is we play some pretty football when in possession but sadly its totally ineffective.
We look like a very soft touch and our competitors. will relish playing against us.
Worrying times.
Pretty footie? ..it's all about scoring goals, clean sheets and yes indeed, winning (and a winning mentality) ..clearly nothing doing at the moment...relegation beckons in this form.

Bowyer, Adkins, Jackson and now Garner all useless ? Really ?
Maybe the fault might be connected to an ego maniac.owner who appoints unqualified family members to key positions and interferes in football matters.
Just a wild theory.
Spot on, if this was Roland the protests would have been in full swing by now. Sandgaard needs a football man in as CEO, and needs it now, and needs to back us or we are facing league 2
We've won 2 games in 10 - a 20% win rate. In League One.
One of those was against 10 men. The other was a game we got battered in.
People can talk all they want about formations, players, owners, etc, but those cold hard FACTS just aren't good enough. The manager HAS to take at least some responsibility for that.
If we can see we don't have the players to play a certain way then it's HIS job to send out a team that can play to our strengths and grind out some wins. That may not have been the job he thought he was coming in to do, but he has to step up and do it now.
Played really well in the first half but should have gone in two one to the good. We all know the reasons why we didn't and its hard to blame some of the players, quite simply they know we can't finish and confidence starts to ebb away, heads went down after the second, a goal which was bad enough but the third was shocking. The subs made a difference but it was all too late. The team and the club are looking for some positivity, there is very little of that to be found now. Sandgaard is now very quiet, no tweets, no statements and its worth looking back at the last five months to see how we got here. Washington leaving was a blow in itself but not to replace him is bordering on madness. The system chosen by the chairman would only work if players were brought in who could play that system, make no mistake Jackson was sacked because he knew we didn't have the players to play that system and refused to do so, Garner was brought in because he was told players would be brought in to play that system. Both Managers like a lot of the staff at the club have been treated abysmally.

This is where I normally try to come up with the positives. But I’m really struggling.
Players that were ok-ish? Fraser, Egbo, Payne, Sessegnon.
CBT & Dobson maybe.
But the defending was shocking, and the shooting was worse than that. We won’t win many games unless both of those improve massively.
Biggest disappointment was O’Connell who had a shocker. And Morgan was very poor. Had some hope that this season might be interesting at least, but already it’s slipping away.
We weren't great but wasn't that bad either, the fact that a very uninspiring Barnsley side beat us 3-1 is shocking and worrying.
Harsh on McGillivray that and not able to judge his performance much as once again a lot of our goals conceded are coming from our own poor defence play, we're very "static" a lack of pressing, closing down and general defensive positioning, maybe another defence coach coming in might help (Or maybe some better quality recruitment.....)
Getting tougher to turn it around and after hearing garners post match he only thinks the players will be battling to do it, and not sure if they have the right mentality as only they'd know. Didn't sound great to me but don't think he's the sort of manager to lay into the players.
Minutes for Mcmaybegood and Sess is about the only positive.

Garner thinks he is Guardiola -playing Morgan ahead of better players is one example
He needs to go

As I said, bloody desperate. No way out.

Well we are 3 points off relegation, just got easily beaten, have an exceptionally fragile defence, have not won in what, 6 games?
You had better fix this bloody quickly Ben because otherwise we will be looking at L2.
Tippy tappy slow rubbish with no defensive shape.
We are in trouble.
Yet with our players, we should not be.
Bowyer, Adkins, Jackson and now Garner all useless ? Really ?

10 games into this season and we're going nowhere (nowhere positive anyway).
Can't score enough goals to win a game, can't keep clean sheets, don't have a strong enough squad.
There is only so long we can wait for the new "identity" to click if we're not winning games.
Breaking even is as unrealistic as getting promoted.
Garner is voicing his frustration with the transfer situation more publicly now.
I wonder how patient Sandgaard will remain as he sees his debts rise and the team unable to win.
Depressing times.
Protests against TS are needed.
Keeping Garner means we might end up in L2 next year.
Both have to go, but Garner will be this season's scapegoat
