Always did have decent reflexes - it was the stuff he could see coming that caused him problems!oohaahmortimer said:great reflex stop early on
Hope he does well but Newcastle get stuffed. I'm afraid my ill-feeling towards Pardew far outweighs any affection I have for Robbie Elliot.

Playing tonight against Man Utd in the league cup - one decent save so far...0

Another good stop0

Done well with a couple of really good stops so far. Hope he starts to get a few more games, but suspect he's restricted to cups for a while yet.0

cleverly is shite. Elliot playing well, got a feeling it's going to be a busy game for him0

Good goal0

Beaten from outside the box again...although to be fair not many would've got near that one!!0

Sky have not done their homework .He has been described as ' a young Irish Goalkeeper' . Whereas I know he played for the Republic of Ireland U21 ,I think he is past being described as young .0

better from Cleverly. Can't blame Elliot again0

Couldn't have done much about that one either0
