    I'm a glass half full kind of guy & I'm convinced we'll get the reinforcements we need before the end of January, but we really need 4 or 5 in.

    Bowyer wouldn’t be coming out and saying we need bodies if he wasn’t unhappy surely? Means other clubs will just up their prices even more as will agents.

    Firmly a believer that he’s a little disappointed with ESI at the moment after those comments.

    Just heard a rumour it was scott hogan from villa with him being surplus ss to requirements on loan at Stoke, total rumour BTW

    Reckon it would’ve been a champ big boy offering a few pence and a teenager on loan till end of season.  Leeds/Fulham/Brentford/Sheff Wed/Forest.

    What are you on about? Almost every line you’ve written is nonsense. 

    It’s not on ESI head if we get relegated, as they weren’t at fault for having to build a budget squad capable of competing in a full championship season.

    Could it have been someone like Liam Bridcutt at Forest? ie not a like for like replacement but a player who could have been useful but not essential like Taylor is.

    Aguero has ticked off the prem now so I reckon City wanted him off their books before he gets too big for his boots. Sticking point were the wages unfortunately #ITK

    Wouldn't surprise me if it was one of Matt Smith or Aiden O'Brien from our friends down the road, they seem keen to strengthen for a promotion push

    Confused by LB’s comments and it sounds out of frustration after another loss. On Thursday he and Gallen were saying they need to be patient and won’t pay over the odds, now he’s telling us he needs bodies in over the next 2 working days. Desperation will force prices up. 

    Also makes the decision to bring the Fulham game forward even more baffling.

    He does like a contradiction in his media stuff.

    Bowyer said it was a ridiculous offer, so my guess is it wasn't even a striker we got offered in exchange for Taylor, probably someone's 3rd choice keeper lol

    And that contract was supposed to be sorted before or just after the West Brom game, with Bowyers agent and Southall in the same room over a week later and it still hasnt been sorted

    This isn’t football manager where contracts get agreed in 30 seconds. Bowyer said on Thursday that he is happy but wants a couple of minor adjustments and doesn’t see it as in issue. Bowyer and the club have both said it’s happening, so we need to relax a little and in the words of one of our greatest managers of the Roland era......be patient

    I think I heard it was Wayne Rooney ....... and in any case, ESI wouldn't stump up his £80k weekly salary.
