Given he will be kicked out soon via a Court Injunction, why will he still be turning up, unless he thinks he can steal more before he's out? If he's only had someone fill him in on today he will realise he has no way back. He can't talk his way out of this and it can only get worse for him. God help him if Lee Amis is his back-up.1

What has a loyal servant like Chris Parkes done for you to take such drastic action as to suspend him from work?
Is his mortgage and car loan being paid for by CAFC?
Have you any comprehension of the work carried out - either free of charge or on minimal wages - by dozens of supporters of this Club feel about your £12.5k per month rent, £1.2k per month car and £20k a month "consultancy charges" for a few tweets, feel about your actions?

So I am guessing this will not go ahead but if it did the questions I would genuinely want answering.....
1. What cash was paid to RD when you bought the club? Don't accept any obfuscation around taking on clubs debts etc, I would like to know how much actual hard cash they have invested so far.
2. What exactly do they now own. Assuming it is a lease of The Valley, what exactly are the terms. Rent per year, review clauses, maintenance and upkeep obligations, tenure, break clauses.
3. What happens if you do not acquire the ground and training ground within the 6 months timeline? How does this affect occupation of The Valley and training ground ? What ties the current owners of the club to honouring this obligation?
4. If you do not acquire the property assets what other plans do you have? If the Due Diligence throws up issues what would your choices be other than buy anyway as there is no where else for the club to play and train - on this basis please explain why you think buying the club before doing the DD made any kind of commerical sense. This was Southalls first lie in my opinion.
5. You openly admitted you agreed to pay RD over the odds for the club. If HE walks away as he has threatened to do then what are your choices and how would you find another wealthy investor willing to pay over the odds in a global recession and stock market collapse.
6. Why did you suspend Chris Parkes, a man of huge longevity at the club and a man with undisputed integrity?
7. What have you done to justify an expensive car, expensive flat and large salary?
8. Why is Lee Amis still around and what is his roll and qualifications for that roll? Same with Matt McCarthy.
9. Why were you all over Twitter talking about buying Tony, Maddison, signing Taylor, Leko and Cullen up and making super duper deals all the time you knew the club was under embargo and never telling us as fans despite promising honesty from the outset.
10. How did you meet HE and how long had you known him before this venture? Do you know his source of funding?21 -
