We will remain impartial, we have also sought a meeting with Nimer and the EFL also.
He has to be called out on his personal expenditure paid for by club money in the strongest terms

Don't go easy on him though he doesn't deserve it.

Is this a meeting for all Trust members or just the Trust board ?
    3 board members are attending.

Yeah ffs, please don't waste this opportunity to get stuck in. You've got enough facts to go at him for, why would you want to remain impartial?

I personally cannot see how this meeting will be benifical to us fans.

If MS had any credibility he would come clean, but he will use this platform to either deflect blame or will simply not respond to the accusations as he will hide behind his lawyer.

Whilst I respect the people attending just think its pointless and could be frustrating for those involved.

I hope the members attending go in full force and make it clear that in no uncertain terms, is he welcome at our club. No matter what nonsense he tries to spin. He’s a conman who has a huge ego, that’s exactly why he’s agreed to attend this meeting.

I'm not sure he's equipped to defend the overwhelming evidence that he's fleecing the club, you only have to watch his interview with the comms bloke to see he's blagging the senior executive persona. Car crash coming I think (although to be fair Range Rovers are pretty sturdy)

If you go through with this meeting then you have to confront him with all the evidence. I know you want to remain impartial but you cannot let him lie his way out of this.
  • I've had to cancel my holiday abroad, due to the corona virus, any chance you can put your new gaff on Air Bnb , so we can rent it out?

    Green or Wagstaff.
  • Remaining impartial isn't the same as not challenging what they say. Ask them to prove their claims. They will lie all night. They don't deserve that platform unchallenged.

We've just been shown evidence that MS is fleecing the club. Him just saying that Nimer is also doing it doesn't cut the mustard when there's no evidence of that.

    1. How much was paid to acquire CAFC
    2. How much is to be paid to Duchatelet for the ground and training ground.
    3. Evidence of funds has not been provided.  Presumption must be that funds do not exist, so where did you personally believe funds were going to coming from.
    4. How much did you invest to acquire your shares
    5. How much is the loan secured against the grounds and on what terms for interest rate and capital repayments.
    6. Unless you resign, Nimer will not fund the club's expenses.  Why would you not resign and fight any legal case of fraud as the ex-Chairman rather than remain in place, prevent any new funds being secured and likely put the club into administration.
    7. The facts are not in dispute regarding your past comments regarding - a) owning the ground, b) concealing the facts about the EFL registration embargo transfer c) pretending we were able to acquire marquee players d) paying yourself and associates unwarranted and unjustifiable excessive amounts - you have no credibility nor future as a director - why would you not resign now in the interests of the club and demonstrate you have the vestige of a moral compass.

A rhetorical question for Matt Southall.

    Your position is untenable.

You were put here by the majority shareholder at his pleasure. He now doesn't want you here, what right do you have to maintain your position?

Why are you choosing to drag the club down with you rather than let it start fresh with the majority shareholders chosen chairperson?

Is moving forward with you as chairman and NO financial backing the best possible move for the club, or just for Matt Southall?

I'm sure he will try to do just that. For example the expenses sheet we've seen is obviously only part of it, Nimer must be on that sheet somewhere.

Southall's only way to remain at the club is to make Nimer look worse and prove himself to be the lesser of 2 evils so Nimer decides he's had enough and fucks off..........and even then Southall has to go and find a replacement investor.

Alternatively (and far more likely) he comes to an agreement and leaves.

I have a feeling that this is the only real option for Matt Southall. Failing that they might just say. We are fucking off sign here the clubs yours. Ta Ta:)

    Then the real fun begins:)

If the meeting is only being attended by cast board members and MS, there needs to be minutes taken and published otherwise it’s completely pointless, self serving propaganda.

I'm sorry for my language but please do not go easy on this scumbag, he needs to go and needs to know we do not trust him, do not want to and he needs to go this week.
Southall, if by any miracle you are reading this to see how tonight might do down, fuck you and your little groupies and get out of our club

When @Rob7Lee uses the word "impartial" I believe he means that both parties appear right now to be unfit to own our club, until they can prove otherwise. There are plenty of questions for Tanoon and his mates too, but they will be harder to get hold of. That is not a reason not to meet Southall if he is willing to do so. Last time I heard ( this morning), it is still on.

If Nimer’s solicitor is to believed Southall may be removed before the meeting. At the very least he is a dead man walking. Worth meeting him just to give him what for I’d say.
