Having watched a couple of those videos it's clear to me that the club is in safe hands.

Just skimming them. The reviews are largely positive. A lot of the negative reviews come from sales people. There's some talk of fraud and lack of clarity in billing and reimbursement. That would make them...like literally every other for-profit entity in US Healthcare. Seriously, so much of US healthcare is profiting off of sickness, and it can't be stressed enough how awful some of the people involved are.

It's very possible that there is actual fraud, but it is also very possible that the subtleties and nuances of the incredibly opaque and oftentimes awful US healthcare insurance and reimbursement systems are not being fully explained to sales reps making $38k/year. Or both. Things are better here than they were 15 years ago, but there are still a lot of things (especially in some states with fewer patient protections) that make you go "wait, that's legal?" But it is. So long story short, it's really hard to say.

There seems to be some allusions to UnitedHealthcare suing Zynex. I can't find anything about that in a quick Google search, but United is removing Zynex from their approved list, which means a big loss in revenue.

Look, I hate to say "I told you so" about him, but when I heard "Medical device manufacturing and sales" I had a pretty good idea of who this guy was. Between that and the discrimination lawsuit, you get a good picture of who Sandgaard is. He got very rich through charm and labor exploitation from a byzantine system that trades on sickness and death. In my time in private sector Healthcare IT, I've run across this kind of dude (usually European and oftentimes English) a few times. He is always a cynical cunt at heart. 

Could we do better? Yes. Do we deserve better? Yes. But could we do worse? Absolutely, and I think if TS ever were to go away, or even want to go away, we'd be far more likely to do worse than better. That's not to say "don't push for change," it's more to try to context set the situation we're in.

Talks port may have to intervene at least a little bit again. 

Jim White and Simon Jordan could look up the fresh ongoing problem and get sandguard on the phone.

It won't help an awful lot, but it will at least expose his recent actions

It is plausible unfortunately in this day an age whether by intended calculation (I don't think that's the case at all) or by  circumstance ie floundering in league one or lower hemorrhaging millions each season.

Being a Charlton fan is brief respite during enduring periods of turbulence. The seat belt sign never turns off.

Really disagree that it's plausible.

To clarify I mean that it's quite plausible we could be sold and Valley lost or even lost without a sale rather than the specifics of the tweet.

That makes sense. I always thought the cost cutting was him getting ready to sell up. It could equally mean he doesn’t have the funds to sustain us

I can only hope that was a random act, because if it were targetted at the owner it's pathetic and criminal behaviour. Whoever done it if a CAFC fan should go join the thugs at Millwall.

I'm sure it wasn't a cafc fan. but a disgruntled employee? a few of them around
