Don’t worry about me though I’ll be at the game one way or the other 😉.2

I'm sure there will be enough to go round, but that's not really rewarding loyalty1 -
How many members are there in Valley Gold?
To be fair i'd assume that the vast majority of fans who pay to be in Valley gold are also ST holders and amongst the more of our 'die hard' fans. So they'd likely be high up the priority list anyway.
Maybe i'm wrong but i can't imagine there are many casual fans who don't go very often being in Valley gold.6 -
A random Tuesday night, even if it wasn't restricted i would say we might struggle to fill our allocation.
It would have made more sense opening up to all, its not a derby / rivals game and 7,000 on a Tuesday night in January.4 -
40 years of having a season ticket PLUS a decade as a Valley Gold Member - I can’t buy my tickets until 3rd January. By all accounts, it seems I am likely to get them but at the same time being so low down the pecking order does sting a bit.3

Valley Gold is basically a donation with the odd perk that was sold to fans as getting priority to limited ticket availability.
Our last match showed just how vital our academy scheme is to the club and I assume that VG is vital, or at least important to keep the academy going judging by how hard it is promoted by the club.5 -

“Phase 7: 470 loyalty points or Valley Gold - Monday, January 2nd from 2pm”
It is slightly strange that someone who has just Valley Gold (and may only have held it for a few months) gets greater privilege than someone who has been a season ticket holder for the past couple of seasons. Valley Gold should get some preferential treatment versus someone with no purchasing history, not sure VG on its own should be above season ticket holders though.

What's peoples prediction of how many will be left when they go on unrestricted sale0

Anyone looking at getting coach from Kent? I sent a email asking to be added to the list, got a reply saying I’ve been added and the club will let me know if they decide to run one! Surely they will right?0

Makes me chuckle a bit reading all this and the mayhem on Facebook etc. Home attendances down to around 5k in reality and we are utter toilet. Mass disillusionment abounds. Suddenly the prospect of playing ManU reserves on a Tuesday night in January away with all that entails and they are coming out of the woodwork. Don’t get me wrong, I do get it. But in reality we can have up to 11k tickets if we sell out the first tranche. Despite the inherent incredulity of the loyalty tiers system, the reality is that if you want a ticket for this and are willing to be patient you will get one.4

Coach question from someone who has not done one in 20 odd years…
Can you book one way (home) if you pay for a return? I need to be in work the next day but would much rather get up there early and have a few beers on the train. Would be the Larkfield coach.
Cheers.0 -
SX_Addick said:@altrinchamaddick we have booked hotel in Altrincham and will travel by metro to Old Trafford. Hoping you can confirm this is a sensible decision. (I’m happy to forego the wild celebrations in Central Manchester after we win!)1

I'm sure there will be enough to go round, but that's not really rewarding loyalty- Greater ticket priority to away games, and those matches that are in high demand*
It’s largely immaterial as all will get a ticket who wants one I am sure.0 -

Luckily I don't attend anymore but was wise enough to buy 4 Valley Golds so my 8 priority best seats in the house all secured signed and delivered by courier this morning .5

As for the Man Utd game, anyone who wants a ticket will get a ticket.0 -

Cheers. There is also a late evening direct National Express option if anyone fancies a few hours kip3 -
Completely understand it'll be a lot more costly but if you're going to get a 6 hour coach back it could be better to fly back instead.

I really don't get all the moaning.. Why shouldn't people who buy season tickets, valley gold and build up points by going to away and cup games get first dibs?
If you really want a ticket you will get one.. Less moaning, and get on with it and enjoy the day out!!8 -
buckshee said:Question regarding the coaches, I see that the Bexleyheath pick up is Hall Place, does anyone know if I’d be able to leave the car there? If not then is Gravesend an option in that respect, I’m in Greenhithe by the way.
